VINCE ON THE ISSUES
TERM LIMITS
We must get term limits on the ballot for the people to decide. I believe no one should serve more than 8 years in any position. No term limits for the General Assembly or the Senate makes for complacent politicians. Move up, or move out.
TAXES
I am in full support of the elimination of school property taxes and total tax relief for seniors and combat wounded veterans. The elderly are losing their homes due to the inability to pay taxes on such little fixed income. No one should have to choose between their next meal and paying rent to the state for property they already own.
EDUCATION
We need to educate our youth on the history of this great country without the presence of divisive and hateful rhetoric including Critical Race Theory (CRT). It is also crucial to teach them basic life skills, like balancing a check book, managing personal finances, math, cursive writing, reading, and science. There is a desperate growing need for people in the trades as well, and we need to emphasize the importance of these professions and not just those that require a college degree.
ROAD PROJECTS
We need to take a close look at what is going on with road projects. Why do they take so long to complete and why
they are costing so much? We need to negotiate with construction companies in a way that makes sense. Big utility companies need to be held accountable for their poor repairs to the roads after their work is complete. They should also be monitored better by local authorities. The standards must be set higher for patch work. Way too many tax dollars are spent fixing and re-fixing roads that are ripped up by big utility companies just a month after we paid to repave them.
THE 2ND AMENDMENT & ABORTION
The Second Amendment to the US Constitution protects you from a government that wants to control you and take over your life. No infringements on your right to keep and bear arms will happen on my watch.

I believe that if a heartbeat is detected, no one has the right to destroy a human life. Science supports the fact that fetuses can feel pain the same as you and me. Planned Parenthood must have strict rules as to how they can spend government money, and be forbidden to fund any candidate for office, because they are using your tax dollars to do it.
BUSINESS
Pennsylvania has Keystone Opportunity Zones (KOZ). Once Reading is free from Act 47, they will be able to apply for those grants again, I would like my office to help form a business center to provide assistance to new and existing businesses to help them get through all the government red tape to help them speed up the process to expand or start a new business.
